WhatsApp & Messaging Communications
We use the WhatsApp Business API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to send order updates, delivery notifications, and support messages. By providing your WhatsApp number and engaging with us via WhatsApp:
- Your phone number and message content will be processed by Meta in accordance with WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
- We only send WhatsApp messages relevant to your orders or business relationship with us.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with:
- Service providers: Odoo (ERP/CRM), Meta (WhatsApp Business API), logistics partners, and payment processors — all contractually bound to protect your data.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law:
- Order and financial records — minimum 7 years (tax and accounting compliance).
- Communication records (email, WhatsApp) — up to 3 years after your last interaction.
- Account data — for the duration of our business relationship plus 2 years after closure.
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
